Open Training sessions involve an open studio space with instructors present and all equipment and mats out and ready for use. They sessions offer you an opportunity to learn new skills, practice old ones, try out new equipment, take pictures, practice with friends, meet some like-minded people and have some fun!
The session is a 2 hour open space with a few instructors present to help you with whatever you feel like working on. You can come along to try out pole moves, practice pull ups, learn hand balancing, try out the gymnastic rings, try some acrobalance tricks, do some general training of your choice or really whatever you want!
You may come and go as you please, and can stay for the full 2 hours if you wish.
Pole Students can use this session to practice show routines and combos and take their Body Synergy Graded Examinations if they wish.
