Perfect for those who want to achieve the more challenging pole moves or those who feel they just need to loosen up all round! Our stretch classes will help protect against injury and re-align the body, no matter what your goal is – we cater to your needs. Our sessions use yoga based poses and dance inspired coaching from ex-professional dancer and founder of Body Synergy Lucille, and Advanced teacher Liam.
No matter what ability, we can find movements and poses to gently and safely improve flexibility through relaxation and dance based exercises. Feel an all round improvement in mobility and find that missing link to your training! Remember you don’t need any experience to attend our stretch class 🙂
