We offer fun parties and group bookings great for Hen-Do’s, Birthdays, corporate team building or simple get togethers with your friends!

You don’t need any experience, prior fitness level, or amount of flexibility to join in and we welcome all genders, ages, shapes and sizes. At Body Synergy, we are an inclusive, body-positive safe space and can tailor your party to fit your team.
Whether you just want to hang out with some friends and learn a cool new skill or dive headfirst into a themed extravaganza, we have got you covered!

Welcome & Warm Up:
We welcome your party into the space, help everyone get comfortable, and kick things off by getting the body prepared and mobile along with a couple of fun mini-games to get the blood pumping!
Pole Dance Basics & Tricks:
Get hands-on with the poles! Learn foundational grips, spins, and tricks tailored to your group.
Pole Dance Movement & Floorwork:
Learn some more dance based body movement, low-flow transitions and floorwork to get you moving round the pole and connecting moves with confidence.
The Routine Room:
Stitch everything together into an easy-to-follow, fun pole party routine!
The Photo Shoot:
Wrap up the session by striking your best poses for groups photos to capture the memories forever.

Either make use of our themed packages, or, if you prefer to keep it simple, check out the bespoke edition party and simply send us a playlist with your favourite tunes and we will choreograph a routine just for you!

Deep dive into those boho dreams and feel that all-year round festival magic with a vibrant and upbeat party playlist.
You will kick things off by learning some spins, tricks, and pole dance moves before stitching them all together into a fun, beginner-friendly pole routine that anyone can master. Before you board your plane home, it’s time to grab a beach ball and some sunnies and jump in some unforgettable group and solo photos!

Throw on your favourite Y2K fit and step into a total time warp for the ultimate 90s & Noughties nostalgia party. This session is driven by a soundtrack of iconic throwback bangers—from 90’s Ace of Base, Shania Twain & B*Witched, to 00’s Christina, Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson & Britney. If your gang like a good sing along to those peak MTV Hits -this session is packed with those pure feel-good tunes everyone knows.
You will learn signature pole spins, tricks, and dance moves before putting them all together in an easy-to-follow, beginner-friendly routine that feels like your very own throwback music video. Once you’ve smashed the choreography, strike a pose with your best peace signs for some group pics.

Unleash your inner showgirl with our Cabaret Club themed party package! Think all things glam from Chicago, Burlesque & Moulin Rouge to the more modern theatrical showstopping vibes of Chappell Roan, RuPaul and Lady GaGA.
This fabulous and eclectic tune selection features vintage Hollywood & Broadway hits, Vogue theatrical pop, and Cabaret style hits through the ages from ‘Putting on the Ritz’ to Christina!
We start by learning some cool pole dance spins & tricks along with a sprinkling of cheeky burlesque style chair work and then pop it all together in a cute, beginner friendly mini pole & chair routine. After a water break its time to grab yourself some feathers and enjoy striking a pose for some memorable group pics!

Send us your dream playlist and we will choreograph a tailor made routine to one of your favourite jams. Our Pole Parties can celebrate any occasion from corporate team building to Birthdays & Hen Parties.
Maybe you just want to keep things simple and enjoy learning a cool new activity with your favourite people whilst we play your perfect mixtape! Whatever your flavour, whether it’s Rnb, 80’s, Dancehall & Bashment, Latin, Alternative or Heavy Metal… Gather your gang and throw together your favourite tracks.
Let us know the occasion if there is one and enjoy learning some cool spins, tricks, and dance moves then we will pop it together for you in a custom, easy to follow and beginner friendly pole routine. Feel free to bring any props or memorabilia to fit your party occasion or just keep it simple for some cute group photos at the end.
